“We have the Eleven sodium battery and inverter with solar panels. We chose this system as we have the peace of mind with a sodium battery that there is no risk of fire, meaning it could be installed safely inside our home.

The system takes up very little space, it is very efficient. The battery charges quickly from the energy generated in the morning from our solar panels. It holds it’s charge and it more than covers our overnight usage.

“I have installed a few Eleven Energy products over the last quarter. The products are very smart, easy to install, and probably the simplest on the market to commission. I expect all installers at some time will have experienced WiFi connection problems and comms or battery voltage issues that can only be sorted out after a long on hold time to technical support. – Not with Eleven Energy.

Customers also like the Sodium battery instead of Lithium.

“Our Eleven Energy inverter and battery was installed at the start of the year when we had solar panels fitted. We made a deliberate choice to go with Eleven Energy’s sodium ion battery because of its green credentials. The whole system – panels, battery and inverter – seems to have been highly productive since the day it was switched on, and this is obviously really pleasing to us.

The user-friendly app is great for monitoring performance and even allows us to control when we export to the grid, meaning we can benefit from the higher tariffs offered by our energy supplier (Octopus) when energy demands are greatest. The app shows the accumulated data over the period since the system was switched on, and has clear graphics about the amount we export to the grid, which is useful as a comparison tool with what we see in information provided by Octopus.
